every year my friend karie and i take our kids to a local flower shop for their halloween parade and games. here is elliot and lillie. no we didn't plan this and yes he is a cowboy and she is a cowgirl. aren't they cute.

some of my thoughts

today i would like to share some of my thoughts. my life is good. Heavenly Father is so good to us. i am so thankful for my savior Jesus Christ. despite when life may be hard or i am sure that i can't make it another day taking care of two very demanding little boys, somehow peace finds its way back into my heart. the way the sun comes up each day, the way the warmth always comes back every spring, the way my husband always reminds me how much he loves me, the way, no matter how upset my kids might get, they always eventually give me a smile, a kiss, and a hug. life will work out. God will conquer. we can always have hope.

to eden with aunt becky

this is a picture of my two darling boys, sam and elliot, with their aunt becky. becky invited my boys and myself to eden with her for a night. we had so much fun! this post is for her. thanks becky!!!!

sam on his first hike. lets just say what took us about an hour probably could have taken like 5 minutes. we had a blast though looking at all the rocks, leaves, bugs, and especially the beautiful scenery.
