more on the graduate

i can't tell you how good it feels to have jeffrey done with school. i can't believe it. i am so proud of him. it's been a lot of work. he has worked so hard! he never gives up. he told me last night that he just realized, no more homework. then he got a big smile on his face. we are so excited to be moving into the next phase of life. it will be great to live near scott, kate, and sal for a year in ohio. we'll move 2 times after that to different locations, and then we should be able to settle down for a while. jeffrey is looking forward to working for avery dennison! they seem like a great company.

here are a bunch of pictures from his graduation ceremony last friday. his mom, dad, and brother came down. my mom, dad, and brother came down too. my sister slept over the night before and went with us. it was so fun to have all of them celebrate with us. after the graduation we went out to breakfast. thanks dad allen!! it was so good. we love all our family and friends that have supported us through these years of school. it has all been worth it! we are so glad we have our two boys with us too! i am so glad that i got to be in "mother schooling" while jeffrey has been in college. it's been a good, hard, and rewarding experience. they teach me so much, even on the days i don't want to learn. hehe. enjoy the pictures.

this is part of jeffery's capstone group at byu.

here we are with jeffrey's friend ryan and his wife michelle.

lastly i want to share my gratitude to my Savior Jesus Christ and to my God. i hope this is appropriate to share on a blog, but i feel He is the one i owe the most gratitude to. we have felt so guided through this whole experience. where we should live, what ward we should be in, when our kids should come into our family, what major jeffrey should go in to, where our internship took us, and wow, what a neat experience we had through jeffrey's search for his job. i know that God is there. He knows us. He loves us. He cares about us and our cares. i know that whatever comes will bless us either through happiness, or trial and then greater understanding and greater compassion. i am grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and for the direction and constant peace i can have through being faithful. i look forward to what may lay in our path ahead. i am excited to find out what is in store for us and why we are going where we are going. they may be big things and they may be small things, but whatever they are i am grateful to know i'll have my three boys and my God with me all the way.
