dream house in new york

no we are not homeowners, but we will be happily renting this beauty for the next year! look at the size of that yard! we sent the contracts back so it will for sure be our home for the next year.
jeffrey took a bunch of pictures of the house, so enjoy.

we took a couple playground pictures. here is down the road from our house. that is the hudson river, and the playground behind me. beautiful!!
here is another playground farther down the road. we must have passed about 4 playgrounds on our way to this one.
here is the 9 11 memorial for the county of new york we are going to be living in. they lost 75 residents in the towers that day. my heart just broke for all the names on the wall there. for them, their families, their friends, their neighbors. i can't begin to imagine. that is an actually beam from one of the towers. we must never forget them.
lastly i wanted to quick throw in one picture from our day in new york city. it was fun and hot!! we were sitting by a big water fountain and the wind was blowing. after we took the picture we realized it looked like a model shot. so, for you to enjoy. our model shoot in nyc.


we are so excited! new york is such a beautiful place. everytime i start getting nervous, i just have to look at these pictures again and all my excitement and confidence floods back. it will be wonderful. i am sure going to miss all my friends though. that is what hurts my heart the most. saying goodbye to good friends and family. it's been so fun doing so many things together, trying to get in all the last minute hanging out we can. i feel really loved. thank you.
