the cello

the other night jeffrey had a performance with a community orchestra in our town. it was such a wonderful night. i was nervous to take the 3 boys by myself, but they did a fantastic job! i was praying hard that they would behave because it was so important to jeffrey for us to be there and i didn't want to spend the night in the hallway. elliot sat so silently and still through the whole performance. he loves music. sam was quite wiggly, but he was quiet! it was amazing. calder did really well too, though i did have to feed him while we were there. i was so nervous he was going to cry out, but he didn't! so yeah, i got through a 2 hour concert with three little boys and i'm feeling pretty good about myself. :) we could tell that jeffrey was really touched that his boys would be so good for his performance. the music was so beautiful. it really brought the christmas spirit. we were so happy with the boys that we went to mcdonalds after and got them happy meals and boy were they happy.... we didn't get them to bed until 11pm, but it was all worth it. unfortunately i didn't get any pictures, but here are a few of calder for you to enjoy.

way 2 go. I remember you telling me about this. I'm so glad that it all worked out. Definitely a small miracle. :)

That is an accomplishment! A huge testament on the quality of music too-if it transfixed the boys so well. I'm amazed at Jeffrey's talents.

And, that middle picture of Caulder is soooooooooooooo cute.
